Anytime that our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct are violated we will display flagged warning messages on your screen. These warnings are designed to help you understand the reason behind why a message was flagged and why it was removed from the system. Keep in mind that accumulating multiple flagged messages will result in a suspension from our platform.
Suspension lengths can vary depending on multiple factors, so it's important to take notice of any on-screen notifications that display while you're using Open.
Multiple warnings will result in an initial suspension that lasts 24 hours. After 24 hours end, you will be able to continue having conversations on Open.
After the first suspension ends, if any additional messages violate our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct, a second suspension will take effect. A second suspension lasts 48 hours.
After the end of the second suspension, additional violating messages will initiate a third suspension that will last four (4) days total.
A fourth suspension lasts 10 days and is the final temporary suspension issued within the app. Please note that any further comments or messages that violate our code of Terms of Service or Code of Conduct will result in a permanent ban.
