Open has a zero tolerance policy towards hate speech or discrimination based on race, age, ethnicity, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation or disability.
Discussions of these topics are personal and should be handled with sensitivity. Something that may not be offensive to you may be insensitive or offensive to someone else.
If you need to report a message that you believe to be violent or hateful, you can tap-and-hold-down on a specific message to reveal an option for reporting that message. Our guide on Reporting Messages explains how that can be done in the app.
Please remember that posting multiple flagged messages may result in a temporary suspension from Open. Suspensions happen based on the total number of messages that have been flagged from your account. If you believe that your message has been flagged in error, please be sure to contact us directly at help@letsopen.co for review.
